With an outstanding 23 years in mining, finance and general business, Mr. Akwasi Nyarko has worked with and directed several companies including Premfisa Company as Director/ Financial Controller from 1993- 1995,
C.E.O of NAAK Ltd, general importers between 1995 and 2001, procurement and site manager with ABZU Resources Ghana Limited a mining company, from 2008 to 2011.
He is a Executive Director of Goldline Mining Company Ltd since 2008. He brings into the workspace abundant hands-on experience, hard work and inspiration.
He is the Chairman/C.E.O of Globeline Ghana Limited, and He is also the Chairman/C.E.O of Arkland Transport & Services Limited. And since 2012 he is the C.E.O of SEASIF Petroleum Gh. Ltd. a subsidiary of SEASIF Group of companies

Yaw Adjei Afriyie Nketiah Esq
Yaw Adjei Afriyie Nketiah is a Ghanaian born and trained lawyer and is multilingual in English, French and Spanish and has over 20 years of legal experience. He is a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Notary Public, Mediator and the Managing Partner of Legal Alliance.
Mr Nketiah studied at the University of Ghana, Legon where he was awarded a B.A (Hons) in French and Spanish. He also studied in the University of Havana, Cuba for his Spanish Proficiency Course and also at Alliance Francaise, Paris where he was awarded a Diplome d'Etude Superieur.
In addition, he also studied Public Relations and Marketing at the Post Graduate level at Ghana Institute of Journalism, Accra. He is also a product of the Ghana School of Law, Accra, where he studied for both the Preliminary Law Course and the Professional Law Programme (B.L) Yaw holds a Certificate in Managerial Leadership Skills from the Management Development Productivity Institute (MDPI), Accra.

Nana Bi-Kusi Appiah
Nana Bi-Kusi Appiah II is the paramount chief for Manso Nkwanta who oversees traditional administration of the Manso Nkwata Traditional Council and the people that live in and around Goldline's mining concessions such as Manso Nkwanta, Manso Kensere,Manso Nyankomase, Manso Abore, Manso Adubia, Manso Essubingya and other surrounding towns. He also serves as one of the special advisors to the His Majesy Otumfo Osei Tutu II, the Ashanti King.
Aside Chieftaincy Nana Bi-Kusi II is a Business man and a Road Contractor and owns A. Kanin Quarry & Concrete Products limited in Ghana.

Joyce Asare
Joyce Asare is graduate of Aduman Secondary School and holds a certificate in Beautician from Professional Beautician Institute in Kumasi.She was the proprietor of Arise & Shine Beauty Saloon in Kumasi before leaving for Norway in 1991.
She studied in the Norwegian School of Culture and Languages in Trondheim in 1992. She returned to Ghana as a business woman in 1995. She attended the Glory Institute of Leadership to obtain a certificate in ministry and leadership in 2010.
In 2013, she became the Deputy CEO for SUPA ICE Company Limited, a water production and distribution company that has grown consistently to compete effectively within the Accra Metropolis.

Ralph Rugo
Ralph Rugo is a successful businessman in the United States of America and has much knowledge of managing, controlling, monitoring and evaluation.
Base on his Skills, Experience and qualifications, he was appointed as Managing Director of Goldline Mining Investment Group Limited and Goldline International Inc. U.S.A. since 2009.
His goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines

Grace Boateng
Grace Boateng was appointed as Procurement Director Since 2009. In this role Mrs. Grace Boateng Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management to support commercial and operational objectives.
Develop and execute a long-term strategy to facilitate improvements for Procurement Services.
Ensure the execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently manage the acquisition and reporting of third-party spend across the company.
Build market intelligence capabilities within the category management team on key markets, suppliers and solutions to support strategy development purposes.
Mrs. Grace Boateng is currently the C.E.O of Gracelyn Fashion & Hospitality Ghana Limited a subsidiary of Goldline Mining Investment Group Limited.

Kenneth Asare
A chartered member of Ghana Institution of Engineers (06008) and a member of the Institution of Operations Management (MIOM-UK, 027577), Kenneth holds M.Sc. in Chemical/Environmental Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology – Trondheim, Norway; B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi; Postgraduate Diploma for Engineering Business Managers at Manchester Business School in the UK, Certified Diploma in ACCA and Prince2 Project Management Practitioner.
Kenneth has also undergone extensive training spanning from middle level management to top management level in his almost 28 years’ career in diverse disciplines as illustrated below.

Solomon Annum
Dr. Solomon Anum (Ph. D) Director (Vice President Exploration Division).
Dr. Anum has over 30 years of geological and mineral exploration experience.
He is the Deputy Director of the Ghana Geological Survey Authority.
He holds B.Sc. and PhD in Geology from University of Ghana Legon, and a M.Sc. in Mineral Deposits from Changchun University of Science and Technology China.
He has served as a consultant to numerous foreign and Ghanaian mineral exploration companies in West Africa and participant with foreign government and United Nations programs including the United States Geological Survey and Mining sector Support Programme funded by the European Union. He is a member of Ghana Institution of Geoscientist.
Mr. Ababio has been a leader in Ghanaian business development for over 10 years and is the founder of Goldline Mining Ghana Ltd. among other companies including Abzu Resources Ghana Ltd., a Ghanaian gold exploration company.
Through involvement with Canadian partners, Mr. Ababio was instrumental in Abzu becoming a public company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange in Canada in 2010. Mr. Ababio also founded Emmaland Resource Ltd. a Ghanaian company that identified the large Shieni Hills iron ore project and joint ventured it with Canadian company Cardero Resources Corp.
Prior to founding companies in Ghana, Mr. Ababio completed his college education in the United States. Mr. Ababio has worked closely with and enjoys cordial relationships with government and traditional leaders including kings and chiefs of all ranks. As part of Goldline's social responsibility program, Mr. Ababio places strong emphasis on providing employment and training opportunities for outstanding Ghanaian students and motivated local individuals.
