In a remarkable display of corporate social responsibility, Goldline Mining Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of Goldline Investment Group Limited, has made a significant contribution to the development of the Amansie South District. The company, known for its commitment to community welfare, donated items valued at thousands of Ghana Cedis to the Amansie South District Assembly at the district capital, Manso-Adubia.

The generous donation comprised a diverse range of essential items, reflecting Goldline Mining’s dedication to addressing various community needs. The items include:

  • Three hundred bags of cement:

This support is aimed at bolstering the District Assembly’s efforts to construct permanent offices for its various departments.

  • One hundred and fifty LED street lights:

These lights will contribute to illuminating the entire district, enhancing safety and visibility for residents.

  • Twenty metal camp beds:

A thoughtful gesture towards Manso-Adubia Senior High School, where many students currently lack proper sleeping arrangements. The camp beds will undoubtedly improve the students’ living conditions.

  • Two Executive Office tables:

Allocated to the District Ambulance Service, these tables will aid in furnishing their offices.

  • Two Swivel chairs:

Accompanying the office tables, these chairs will provide comfortable seating for the Ambulance Service staff.

The bags of cement will play a crucial role in the construction of permanent offices, ensuring that the District Assembly operates efficiently. The LED street lights contribute to the overall safety and well-being of the community, while the camp beds directly address the immediate needs of students at Manso-Adubia SHS. The donation of office furniture to the Ambulance Service aligns with the broader goal of supporting the government’s efforts to revive ambulance services across various Municipalities and District Assemblies.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the Assembly, the District Chief Executive, Hon. William Asante Bediako, commended Goldline Mining Ghana Limited for its consistent support to the district. He emphasized the company’s positive impact since its inauguration, highlighting the pivotal role it has played in contributing to the community’s development.

Hon. Bediako urged Goldline Mining Ghana Limited to consider the District Assembly as a reliable partner, assuring them of continued support in their operations.
